Regardless of our experience in moulding products using recycled rubber from tyres, we always welcome new materials and challenges from companies and organisations who wish to turn their waste back into a useable product.

The type of process used to re-bond re-cycled waste enables us to re-create the material into another form by bonding it using polyurethane binders and adhesives on heated presses.

With legislation for tyre disposal getting tighter every year, the level of waste tyres will increase due to the lack of processing plants throughout the UK and Europe who actually crush tyres down to a particle size that can be re-moulded back into a useful product.

We are one of only a few Companies in Europe that can re-mould such materials to create bespoke products to a customers specification. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and ideas.
